My DH and I have an anniversary trip planned for May. It is a RO ressie and the tickets were bought through UT. The second trip is a family trip with our son and we have a MYW package booked through Disney.

So I customized two sets of MB (one for each trip) but I don't understand how it knows to use the 5 day PH through UT on our May trip as opposed to dipping into part of the 7 day MYW PH set aside for our September trip. Sorry, last night I ws just so confused. Can someone clear this up for me?

Also, it is so weird. They show my son twice under my MDE. Once as an infant (he was 2 last year) and once as a child (he will be 3 when we go in Sep). I hope they assign his Sep. MB and 7 day ticket to the 3 year old account.

I don't know about the tickets, sorry - we are (currently anyway) AP holders so those are attached to our MyMagic account.

As far as your son showing up twice - we had the same problem. I called the Tech Support hotline and spoke with them several times last year. Early in the year they were flummoxed and didn't know how to fix it, but they told me not to worry and said his band (for our fall trip) would work fine no matter which "version" of him it was attached to. I waited a few months and called back again, and by then, they thought they could fix it. They put me on hold a couple of times and transferred me "up the IT food chain" to higher tiers of support. Finally I reached a woman who said she thought she could fix it but it might take a few days. She and I worked out which version of him she would delete, and which would stay. Sure enough, a few days later, the "bad" version of him was gone from our MyMagic account and everything looks fine now. So do call tech support! And be persistent, if the first person can't help you, keep asking.

Thanks for the response! It appears that the ticket is linked to the 3 year old version of him so hoping that is the case but I might call just to make sure. I might as well ask my question about tickets when I call also. I just figured someone on here would know, but we are all just so sick of FP+/MB questions. LOL!

Just in case anyone is in a similar situation, I did contact Disney. They said that tickets are used in the order in which they are linked. In our case, our 7 day tickets (Sep. trip) were linked before our 5 day tickets (May trip). In that case, you must go to Concierge and have them prioritize the use of your tickets. So once we check-in someone at that desk will have to tell the system to use our 5 day tickets instead of our 7 day ones.
