Several people on this board suggested that Sunday was a low crowd day for visiting IOA. We went today and it was great! We are offsite and we got to the parking lot at 7:15. They let us in the front gates about 7:55 and we hightailed it back to WWoHP. FJ said 30 minutes but we were in and out by 8:20. Hit Dragons twice and Hippogriff once. We were done with the area by 9 am. The line for Olivanders was very long when we got there but I didn't see a sign showing how long - I just noticed that it does not move!

Headed to Hulk and wait was 5 minutes (went twice), Spiderman 5 minutes, Dr. Doom 10 minutes. Pteredon Flyers was about 15 minutes. We ate an early lunch at 11am and then DD wanted to go back to FJ. I was worried but willing to wait it out with her. The sign said 45 minutes but we were in and out in 40 and that includes about 5 minutes when the ride went down. Then headed to Hulk for 2 more rides (20 minute wait) and Jurassic Park and
Rip Shaw before heading out.

We had a great day and were back at Windsor Hills by 3:30. Thanks for the great advice everyone!

Music to my ears!! We will be at IOA bright and early next Sunday morning! We're visiting for the first time and staying at PBR! We are all so excited!!!:cool1:

We also are planning to be there next Sunday bright and early. We check in to RPR on Saturday but plan on doing the studios side Sat because these boards say IOA is the most crowded on Sat and least crowded on Sun.

Should we hit Olivenders before riding WWoHP? Should it be the very first thing we do? Just wondering. We will be at Universal in Sept (NOT Labor Day weekend), touring the parks Fri-Sat sun. I guess we will likely do IOA, Universal, then IOA again on Sunday.......

Yes.

On a side note, WWoHP is the Wizarding World of Harry Potter and is the entire area containing the HP attractions. FJ is Forbidden Journey and the signature attraction within WWoHP that you probably meant to reference above.
