Two thumbs up for Alien Bees

Last week we sent one of my AB800's back because the modeling light would not come on - and when I fired the strobe this horrible burning smell came out of it.

Well I got it back - YESTERDAY - completely fixed - no charge. That is a one week turn around from shipping it from Texas to Tennessee - then repairing it and shipping it back to me.

Needless to say - I am very impressed!

Just wanted to let anyone who is considering getting an alien bee or two how wonderful their customer service is.

Thanks for posting this...the fan inside my AB800 is REALLY loud lately and I'm thinking of sending it in...
