Two thumbs up for Airtran customer service!

So I booked our outbound flight back in May on Airtran (Milw to Orlando). At the time they were running a special so I paid about $80 per person one way total. The flight I chose left Milwaukee at 6am and had a connecting flight in Atlanta. Not my first pick, but the direct flight was not coming down in price at all (flying in October on a Sunday). Today I thought I should check our flights and see if there have been any changes since I haven't heard anything from Airtran, but I know people say they are notorious for switching up their flight times. Sure enough -- our layover flight now had only 40 minutes between them versus the 70 minutes I had originally booked. I called Airtran and the customer service person I spoke to was so helpful and nice. She completely understood my deilemma of traveling with three kids and trying to make the connection in Atalanta. She immediately said there is a direct flight leaving Milwaukee at 7:40AM that would put us in Orlando around 11:20AM and if I was interested. I, of course, was interested. She switched the flights and since I had already pre-selected my seats she made sure to do that too. How awesome is that!

Just had to share my excitement -- my DH doesn't appreciate how good of a deal this is.
