two things I am nervous about....

Rider swap. I feel like they're going to cancel it before my trip and I'll have already made my FP plans with rider swap as part of our plans.

Rider swap only allowing two people on the ride the second time, vs. 3 like before.

Busses picking us up at FW early enough to make an 8:05 ADR when the parks don't open until 9.



I really hope these things work out!

The Rider Swap program definitely won't be cancelled. It is necessary for those with little children. Have no worries there.

For buses, remember that they will start running around 6:30 AM every day, no matter when the actual park opening is. Plan to be at the bus stop around this time to get one of the first buses and you should be fine.

To clarify for DISers reading this thread:

Rider Swap Passes allow any 3 Guests to ride.

Buses run as follows as reported by @FastPasser.:

Early morning bus service begins at the following times each morning:
Buses to MK – 6:15 a.m.
Buses to DHS – 6:45 a.m.
Buses to Epcot – 7:15 a.m.
Buses to DAK – 7:15 a.m.

It's said two for years. There is a shocking amount of misinformation on the website. This is just one example.

They are wrong about the buses. They will run early enough. They are less frequent first thing in the morning, but will gradually increase. Try to be at the stop at 6:30 and a bus should arrive in plenty of time.

I feel ya on nervous about rider swap. I'm counting on it too with our group with two littles who cannot ride a lot. If it doesn't work out, I'll still be in Disney!
