Two SW questions

Hi- We are booking a trip to the WDW for next October and had a couple of questions:
1) Can golf clubs count as one of your two free bags or do they charge for these?

2) I booked our flights down but won't be coming home until early November. So I am planning on booking the return flight when they release the next fares. I think I may have enough rewards for a round trip flight- can I break that into two one ways to get us home?

If the price of the flight goes down between now and October does SW credit you the difference?

Golf clubs in a hooded or soft-sided golf bag are conditionally accepted. Golf clubs that are transported in a hard, plastic travel case should be tagged with a regular tag. Golf equipment includes golf clubs, golf balls, and golf shoes, contained in one bag.

Yes, many people book one ways to make it easier to change a leg of the trip if they need to without affecting the other.

If you buy the highest price, they are fully refundable. If you buy like most of us, the wanna get away fares or DING! fares, they will issue a ticketless travel fund that will be valid for credit towards another flight within 1 year of ORIGINAL PURCHASE DATE, not date of the flight or date of the change, the purchase date.
