I posted with questions before, but have made a few decisions. We are traveling with a total of 7 or 8 (2 children who will be 5 and 2 at the time of travel.)Since my husband and I are footing the entire bill, we have only so much $ to work with. We have the option of getting 2 studios at AKL (this is the place that children have decided they would love for grandchildren) or a moderate that would accommodate 5. One room will house three adults, two kids. The other room will house 2 or 3 adults. My daughters' feelings are that we spend so little time in the room, they don't really care that much. We won't do a value because of bed size....we have to have at least queens. We also don't want to stay at OKW. The only other option would be a value 2br at AKW if we could get it at the 11 month window. I also suggested staying off-site where we could get a lot more space for our $. Children would rather stay on-site with less room and Disney transportation. I love to hear everyone's thoughts, so thanks for your help.

Your studios at AKL will be a queen bed and a full pullout. The room that has five in it will need the two year old in it - the studios only sleep four. And they won't connect - they may not even be close to one another (its a request, sometimes met, sometimes not).

I would go with the moderate so that you get 2 queen beds. OKW is the only studio with 2 queens. The others are 1 queen and a double pullout.
