I booked our room about a month ago and called yesterday to add another room to our reservation because my parents decided to go with us. The CM told me that since they lived at a different address I wouldn't be able to use the code. I asked about if my son stayed in the room with them since he lives at the address attached to the pin. They still said no. Then had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to go ahead and book the room! How are you guys able to book two rooms with your codes? I would love to hear your secrets......:worship:

I would imagine you would have to book 2 rooms under your address and pay for it in your name..Have your parents reimburse you...If you get the discount on both rooms, go for it!!! Would probably be a tremendous savings...:goodvibes

I'm pretty sure jersey girl is right. You book the room and your parents pay you back. That's the only way I can see getting the discount.

I tried to book the room and pay for it, but they wouldn't let me. What do I tell them when they ask who will be staying in the room. I've already booked a room for myself, my husband, and my son. Should I just say my mom and dad and lie and give my address as theirs?

you could. also see if you can book rebook ajoining rooms for 5 instead of 3 people, but considering the price difference I wouldn't be opposed to the lie.

I just went through this in February. My wife and I (both FL AP holders) wanted to get two rooms at POP, one for us and one for my parents that where flying in from MI. I made reservations using our AP discount. The Disney rep put 3 adults in one room and 1 adult plus our two kids in another room. This resulted in us being charged an extra $10 for an added adult in one room. A couple days later I called back only to add an extra day to our reservation and that rep said that my reservations where all wrong and entered incorrectly. Not only that one of my parents had a pin code attached to their name. She said that the rooms need to be on different reservations but linked or tied together and that we would get the pin code discount for both rooms. She also informed that the rep previously put 3 adults in one room cause the additional $10 and fixed that also. So in summary yes (or at least in my case) we where able to get the pin code discount on 2 rooms.

Did you have to use your address for your parents, or did you give Disney theirs? Did you have the code attached to your name or your parents or both?

I was easily able to book two rooms using my 40% off code, one for us, and one for my MIL and BIL (and NO, my MIL an BIL don't live with us).

You need to call back and talk with a different CM right away.

I had to book the second room in my adult daughter's name (she lives with me) even though the room is for my mother. You could book the second room in your husband's name just take him off your current reservation.

Everything was under my address at first. When I called back and was informed that one of them had a pin code and also that we needed to split the reservations then I had to give them their address for their room/reservation and our address for our room/reservation. The pin code I was told belonged to one of my parents.

Did you give them your MIL and BIL's address instead of yours?

So you didn't have a code? Your parents had it and you were able to apply it to your room and theirs?

Yes. For our room the CM wanted my info (address, phone number), and for my MIL & BIL room the CM wanted their info (address, phone number).

However, because my MIL & BIL room ressie is linked to mine, all of their confirmation info is sent to my address.

My sister had the 40% off code and we were both able to get the discount with two rooms and have two different addresses. We booked ours through Dreams Unlimited and our TA said as long we have the same dates….and we do. We have two different reservations numbers too…good luck…hope you’re able to book them.

Thanks! Hope you're right! Send some extra pixie dust my way!

I had no problem booking multiple rooms for this September with my 40% code. I used a TA and we have three couples with three different addresses (different states even) staying in three rooms. She said that the max I could reserve was 3, but that was all I needed. We were even allowed to pay the deposit on three separate credit cards. Maybe try a TA instead of direct through Disney?

Pixie dust to you!
