Planning to book our December 2022 trip next weekend...super excited! A little nervous because we are traveling with a larger party rather than just the two us of and had some questions about some issues.

When booking a reservation that requires two rooms, is it easier to just call rather than completing two separate online reservations?

Am I able to specify to the CM who should be in room one and room two? Or does that even matter this far in advance?

Thank you!

If you are calling this far in advance then I'd suggest calling to connect the reservations. I have four rooms booked for November. I've been booking the rooms as they become available because everything was booked by the time we decided when we were traveling. After booking the rooms I called Disney to connect the reservations. You may be able to do that online but I didn't see it.

If you want the reservations linked, it is easier to call. You should specify guests for each room so when you link the reservations, all guests show up in MDE and you can make park reservations.

Thank you! Will definitely call.

I had the same issue this year for a November trip.
I have booked numerous trips myself in the past, but decided
to use a Disney travel agent due to the 2 rooms, and we also have different lengths of stay.
It has been a great experience, she is very knowledgeable. I’m very glad I did it in this circumstance.
