Two Questions

I have two questions... thought I would knock them out at once ...

First:
Starbucks Rewards .. all information I can find on this is old... Is there any change to using rewards for merchandise inside the parks or is this still a no?

Second:
What exactly is Beacons of Magic? Do I have to plan a specific time to see it in each park or do they stay lit up all night? (And for that matter what time do they start, sundown or a specific time?)

Returned yesterday from WDW and Starbucks does still not accept reward points. Beacons of Magic is when they light up the Castle at the MK, Fireflies at the Tree of Light in AK, Tower of Terror is lit up in HS and Spaceship Earth is lit up in EPCOT. It will not be necessary for you to be there when they initially light up as they stay on for the remainder of the evening.

Thank you so much! Sucks about the rewards. I have a ton. I was gonna save them but guess that’s out the window. Nice to know too I don’t have to be anywhere at a specific time to see them lit up. Thanks again!

You probably already know this, but if it helps at all, you still earn points from purchases at Starbucks in the parks, you just can't redeem them.

I have used Starbucks rewards at Disney Springs post-Covid.

I was in MK on my birthday - and they told me the only way to redeem my free drink on property was at Disney Springs. You can't use points or rewards at any of the in-park Starbucks - but as @LiteBrite said you can pay with your Starbucks card and earn points.
