Discon II was a conference that was scheduled 12/4/02 -12/9/02 in WDW hosted by these boards. Almost all of the official events, which cost monies to register, were cancelled late Nov 02 due to low enrollment. The refund was these monies less the fee for the event(s) that still happened (an illuminations dessert party and an optional murder myster dinner).
