Two questions about staying in a studio

I have rented 4 studios for my family to stay at Saratoga Springs in October from a DVC member. We did request being in the same building but I read somewhere it would be wise to call before the trip and request again. If this is true when should I call?

The other question- do DVC rooms get free Internet, if not how much does it cost?

Assuming you are not a DVC Member, and you rented reservations from a Member, you are not technically entitled to any DVC Member perks. In practice, you may get free internet and some dining discounts...but if they do bill it out to your room, you have no recourse...so I guess the answer is maybe. It depends entirely upon how the reservation happens to be coded in the room billing system.

Also, if you are a renter, you can not cal DVC Member Services to make those requests, they need to be made by the DVC Owner at the time of reservation. You may, upon check-in, restate your room location request, but even for DVC Memebers it is only a request, it is not guaranteed. Again, in practice, there will likely NOT be a problem getting everyone into the same, or adjacent, buildings...different floors, or spread throughout the building, maybe, but you should be "near" to each other, and not spread from one end of the resort to another.

If you booked as a cash guest through Disney, there is not free internet, but you will get daily housekeeping.
