Two people in party booking genie/ILL same time?

My wife and I both have our own separate MDE logins. Tonight I went to her “family and friends” list and linked my son to her list. He was already under my list as managed by me. So now her family and friends list has me, my son, and herself listed. Can we both be logged in to our respective MDE apps and be booking different passes for our party at 7am? For instance I could be tasked with securing our paid ILL rides while she selects our first Genie+ for the party? Thanks.

Yes. You don’t even need to have separate accounts. I booked an ILLs this morning and DH booked our Genie+.

So you can have 2 people logged into one account and both can book? This would really help with my next trip! Cause I could be doing the ILLs and my friend could book the Genie+.

Yes. We have done it with one account this week. I don’t know about multiple accounts. One thing to keep in mind is that sometimes when buying ILL, it will require a passcode that is sent to the account owner’s email. My husband was buying the ILL, and I had to stop trying to get a G+ to reload my email to give him the code. Also, email took “forever” to arrive and load. This was on data, ATT, with iPhone 13 at BWV. I would have the account owner buy the ILL and have the other person using the same account do the G+.

Yes. We have had to do it twice now out of 3 days. I don’t know if it’s because DH was buying them on my MDE but his phone or what. However, there are others saying they had to get them too on other threads. This only seems to be for ILL and I think when buying Genie+ per day. It’s random though and not every time.

EDIT: It seemed to hold our time though until we confirmed.

Yes - happened to us a few times when booking ILL or Genie + as well as when I found a coveted ADR the day of!

Thankfully we didn't miss anything because of it. My DME email is a secondary email as they had to "retire" my original DME and its a pain to log into the secondary as I only use it for DME and it takes longer.
