I would think any as long as you don't go over the occupancy rate. So if you are at a value it would be four plus one under 3. You couldn't do 4 plus two under 3
The PP is incorrect. You can do POR with five plus one under the age of 3 in AB. With two under the age of three, one does count towards occupancy and one does not.
But I am not sure where you would put the 2nd one. We were 4 adults plus a pack n' play and they put it in the closet area and closed the curtain. With all the luggage stacked there was not much floor space.
We had two pack n plays in a 1br villa at AKL with no problem, you just need to call mousekeeping/front desk to let them know you need 2, because most (at least in AKL) have one in a closet in the room. The sheets at AKL were really nice for them as well- looked like aden & anais type of fabric with mickeys on them.

I can say without a doubt that you can have and place 2 pack n plays in any room on WDW property. We have been 5 times within the past 13 months. We put two pack n plays in a value room (twice), 2 moderate rooms, and DVC 1 bedroom villa. We had a little bit of problem in June at CSR getting 2 pack n plays. Housekeeping gave us the run around that first we couldn't do it, second that they wouldn't fit, and third they didn't have time to bring one. A trip to the manager solved that one quite quickly.
If you go back, she was questioned about room occupancy with two pack n' plays. She stated she was told at POR, they could stay two under the age of three, because only one counted towards occupancy; I confirmed that.
