Just a little more than two weeks till we go to disney world!!!

I've read over a few of the threads on o2, but most had to do with concentrators. For the un-wild rides (my son is going to be turning 3 on the trip, so probably no roller coasters for him, lol) will they let you bring a b tank in a back pack?

Also, if someone absolutely has to be hooked up to tube feeds at all times, can you bring tube stuff in a small back pack as well?

He'd wear the tube pack, I'd wear the o2 pack.

I just worry that his ride options will be very limited by the fact that he can't unhook. He can walk and stuff, so he can get out of his wheelchair to board, but he just can't manage to be unhooked for the amount of time a ride takes.

Well, they let you bring backpacks, camera bags and the like on the "non-wild" rides, so I would think the things you are describing should be okay (although I am just guessing!) For the really mild rides, you can hold/wear your bag or set it on the floor of the ride. For rides where you might drop things, there are usually mesh bags in front of your seat to stick things in, but you could still keep the tubing on.

You won't have problem with the 'unwild' rides with either thing.
One thing to think about with something in a backpack is that you will need to remove the backpack and hold it on your lap or put it on the floor of the ride car for most rides. The seats are not very deep, so there won't be room behind you.

For shows, he will be able to stay in his wheelchair, so those won't be a problem at all. Some rides have wheelchair accessible ride cars. If he has a wheelchair that is closer in type to a stroller, it may not fit in some of those ride cars.

The only ride I can think of that you might be doing, that could pose a problem, would be Soarin'. There are net bags under the seats, so you might be able to put the O2 and food in there if the tubes will stretch. The bags aren't that big, so if the O2 is bulky, you might have issues. Here's a photo from All Ears, that might at least give you some idea:

The safari ride in AK is very bumpy, so you'd have to hold on to things (and him!) very tightly. They ask that children sit towards the inside of the cars, so you probably wouldn't have to worry about things falling out, but I would be worried that they might bounce around and hit someone, or pull at your son's tubes.

You might want to consider getting a Guest Assistance Card (GAC) to allow you to use his stroller as a wheelchair. This means he can take his stroller into lines, and into the EPCOT pavillions. You can also use the wheelchair viewing areas for parades, so he doesn't get jostled in the crouds. That way you can put the O2 and food on the stroller, rather than having to carry it, and he will be able to rest if he gets tired easily (OK, I know all 3 year olds can get tired, but I'm guessing with his health issues, he can 'switch off' more quickly). If you are interested in one I don't have posted, just ask. I have photos of pretty much all attractions, just don't have them all posted.

If his wheelchair is a traditional wheelchair (2 big rear wheels and 2 small front ones ) or if it is a special needs stroller with transport option (specific spots built in designed to attach it to a bus or wheelchair van) you will be able to use the wheelchair accessible ride car for things like the Safari (not all attractions have an accessible ride car). The Safari can still be bumpy - think of a very bumpy gravel road full of potholes - so it still may be one you don't want to chance.
