I perused my photobucket. on dial up no less. my memory is now jogged. and thats all the exercising i'm doing today.
I believe when we last parted company we somehow angered the notsomonkey lady. I'm sure she has long since forgotten us
after months of therapy and powerful psych drugs.
Our fastpasses were now officially official and we made our way to Expedition Everest.
PJ was starting to get a little nervous, and at this point in our friendship, I still felt some semblance of compassion for her. We have moved sooooo far beyond that now. hehe
RonStoppable is an excellent distractor (thats not how you spell distractor is it? has that ever stopped me before?). He is not an excellent dis tractor though. If he was he would not be a John Deere. He would an Allis Chalmers, cuz that's how he rolls.
alright already, who let the loopy chick in this joint???
*ahem*
RS distracted PJ with tales of fun and merriment and snapped lots of pictures of nonsensical things, which made PJ laugh, which made her forget about the ride, which was the point, which is why he is an excellent distractEr.
Here's a pic of us in line at EE. It has not been altered in anyway, shape, or form.
Maybe it was
slightly altered. But only because I look vomity in that picture. wuckety even. but there was no wocket in my pocket. nor a protractor. never know when you might need one though.
There are three of us, and you can only sit two at a time on EE. PJ was way too scared to ride by herself and she didnt know RonStoppable well enough to sit with him, so I got the pleasure? of sitting by the hott college kid. I dont think she would have a problem sitting by him now though. Seeing as how he is the go-to guy for all "manlyesque" issues at Peej's apartment. (dont go there y'all!) This includes, but is not limited to turning on water heaters, hanging pictures, checking funny noises and blinky lights in the veehickull, and co-babysitting the FREAKY cat.
Although this was the trip for front row seats, we somehow managed to get a back row seat. More hangtime, as you coaster enthusiast know. yeehaw.
We board and things are going smoothly. I look over at Peej. She doesnt look TOO terrified. I think RS takes the following pic. or maybe I do. It's been so long, I cant recall.
FLASHBACK....
When we rode the ride with my mom several months before, it was at this point that my mom looks at the broken track and exclaims "what are we gonna do now????" (whoops. sorry mom the track broke just before we got on the ride

) and what made it funnier is her voice came out like a deep "suthen" lady, more scahlett o hara than midwestern grandma.
Then KAPOW!!!! the ride descends
sdrawkcab.
My mom started squalling like a school girl. I think I heard a howler monkey off in the distance answering what he thought was her mating call. and I
SWEAR when we walked by the howlers later that day, one of those "monkeys" winked at my mom.

Hubba Hubba.
"...And they whirled and they twirled and they tangoed
Singin' and jinglin' the jango
Floatin' like the heavens above
It looks like howler monkey love..."
Do you think my mom has ever lived this down? Not in this lifetime. She loves me for my sparkling personaity too.
Everest is a freakingly cool ride. The big Yeti actually startled me the first time I rode, but I did not scream. I must get the ice water in the veins thing from my dad.

ha.
This attraction is an absolute must if you are visiting Animal Kingdom. As I always say if a Peej can do it, anybody can.
The ride came to an end, and I slowly uncurled PJ's grip around my forearm and say "See???? Not so bad!"
She eye rolled me and sauntered off.
We were all too busy being distracters and distractees to cause any problems on this particular attraction, so our picture actually made it up on the big screen. We sneak a pic of the pic and make our way to the gift shop.
RonStoppable buys a Yeti shirt. Its not like I spilled anything on his other shirt or anything.
He also loves me for my sparkling personality.
After RS does a quick presto chango in the bathroom, we decide we have time for one more attraction, lunch, and then PJ is going to have to drive us to the airport.
The
End
NOT.
oh no, not yet. we have one more installment or two. but i'm hoping to be done by thanksgiving. or maybe christmas.
new years?
my birthday?
