Two disappointing changes

We were disappointed the cartoon channel is no more. We called the front desk and were told that station is off.

And we only received shampoo and soaps on the day we checked in. We had 4 nights and never received any more soaps.

Isn't that terrible??

Wait there's one more- when I checked in the CM said... Welcome to Fort Wilderness. Welcome? Welcome to Ft. Wilderness???!!! It's suppose to be HOWDY, welcome to Fort Wilderness. Bummer, huh? Teeee heeeee

I will miss the cartoon channel, it really kept the kids busy.

As far as not getting more soaps and shampoos, for what you pay for the rooms they should give you more. You can go to the cheapest motel on the planet and they give you soap and shampoo everyday.

I would have called Mousekeeping if I had only received soap and shampoo the first day. You probably could have even had them swing by or you could go pick it up somewhere, but I definitely wouldn't be going 4 days on that one set!

If that happens again, just call the front desk/guest services/etc..., I don't think you'll have to talk to a manager to get some soap and shampoo
