We will only have 2 Disney days for our upcoming May/June trip. We are a RD and ride family. I feel like common sense would be to Reserve HS for the most likely chance at ROR, and then maybe hop to Epcot. HS and AK have taken us the least amount of time in the past. What are your thoughts?

Reserve MK and DHS. You can hop to EPCOT using Skyliner from DHS. Not sure if I would try to make AK this trip. If AK is a must I would reserve it and then hop to MK as AK closes early and MK stays open later.

I can't argue with the above recommendations at all. The only other option I might suggest would be to reserve HS both days, depending on how import RotR is to you. With the first boarding group drop at 7 AM, before any parks open, you can always change your park reservation for the day (provided there is availability of course) if you are not lucky enough to score a boarding group with the 7 AM drop and you don't want to take your chances with the 1 PM drop. If it were me, I would probably book HS for both days with plans to hop to Epcot one day and MK the other. But HS is my favorite park so I know there's some bias on my part.

That would be my suggestion as well. Pick your two major ones to start your day and hop mid afternoon, one day to Epcot and the next day to DAK. If I feel like dropping one, I will usually not go to DAK. I like the place but it doesn't have enough in it to pull me to it. The last two times I went, I went for two days. First day main park was MK and the second day was Epcot. Personal taste involved with that decision One time I did what I just recommended the other time I skipped DAK and spent two half days in DHS.

This would be my plan as well. If you get ROTR the first day you can always switch to a different park the second day.
