My son and I will be in Disney for a week over spring break so late March. My husband will only be there for pretty much two days. I'm not so worried about planning the other days but for my husbands two days I'm kinda concerned. My son wants to show him MK, AK, HS. In two days AND we are going to a spring training game so here is the plan and do you guys think this is possible? We have a car, and are on site at the AKL so I need to make FP+ reservations (ugh!), and dinner plans.
Saturday - arrive around 5:30 or 6pm (long drive!). Check in and then eat at either Jiko or Sanaa. Swim and explore
Sunday - quick bfast then RD at AK. Hit Safari, EE, Dinosaur, Primeval, and Kali, walk at least one of the trails and see the animals. Lunch (Tusker House if time) then head to ballpark. Game starts at 1pm. Game ~3hrs. Back to resort. Go to dinner (where? IDK). Early dinner if we ended up with quick service or ballpark lunch.
Then either go to HS or MK. MK has EMH until 2 am but if we stay out all night then not sure how that will impact Monday. Will use FP on second park rather than AK morning. If we go to MK we will want to hit the 3 mountains (Mine train if there is one and probably give up Splash!), Speedway, Buzz, Teacups and Wishes. If we do HS I'm sure my son will want RnR, Toy Story, Star Wars and to draw at Animation Studio and Fantasmic is a must.
Monday - Boma breakfast or Wave or Ohana (probably not too early depending on what we do Sunday), split day between MK and HS. End at whatever park we did not go to on Sunday night. Most likely no RD this day AND only FP at one park.
So now I'm thinking this might be too much. Should I forget about another park Sunday night. My husband has no input. He wants me to plan it and he will do whatever. He is just there for us.
oh and the baseball game with his son is important. Everything else...ehh, he is not really into Disney. He does like good quality meals though. Advice? I'm overwhelmed and it is just two days. I think it is because I feel like with FP+ and dinner reservations I can't wing it any.

If your DH's focus is on seeing the game, he might enjoy getting to the ballpark early to watch batting practice. On that day, I would choose one or the other -- AK for two or three hours before the game (depending on when the park opens), or MK afterward. I wouldn't try to do both.
