Two Credit Cards - One Stateroom?

Hello Fellow DISers: My friend and I are sailing on the 6/16/05 Wonder with her daughter. Can we apply our own credit cards to our KTTW cards to avoid confusion in us trying to split our costs later?

I TRAVELED WITH MY MOTHER-IN-LAW LAST NOV & WE WERE ABLE TO USE TWO DIFFERENT CREDIT CARDS, WHILE STAYING IN THE SAME ROOM. I WAS HAPPY, FOR SHE IS A SPENDER & I AM NOT.

Hi,wanted to say HI.... Mommasita from our famous Jeanne cruise. We were seated across in Cofe Cave after we received that letter giving us so much time to back and get off the ship...

I just want to jump in and say GREAT news! My best friend and I are sailing in December and have wondered about this very thing. I wasn't sure it could be done. This will make it so much easier! Thanks to the OP and all who replied!

I will say Yes, BUT... you have to check on it. We put 3 cards down for 3 KTTW. For whatever reason everything ended up on the first card. Then, when my mother went to settle her account (ie, make sure it was on her card, and verified the amount and card) she discovered it was all on one and so she had them put her charges on her card. They somehow managed to switch her part to cash and didn't charge her card so then on the last night/morning we were all confused because my part was automatically charged to my card but our stateroom showed a balance for her part (that she's specifically tried to take care of earlier) so we kept getting calls to clear our balance.

Emtowle IS RIGHT, YOU NEED TO GO TO GUEST SERVICES OR CALL THEM, AFTER A DAY OR TWO & ASK FOR A PRINT OUT, TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS OK.

THEY ACTUALLY DID MAKE A MISTAKE, BUT MY MIL & I BEAR THE EXACT SAME NAMES, AND I THINK THIS CONFUSED THEM. THANK GOD WE HAVE DIFFERENT MIDDLE NAMES.

I ACTUALLY WENT TO GUEST SERVICES, AND CLEARED THIS UP, & THEN HAD NO FURTHER PROMBLEMS.

I THINK IT IS A GOOD IDEAL FOR EVERYONE TO ASK FOR A "PRINT OUT" EARLY ON OR IN THE MIDDLE OF THERE CRUISE, TO MAKE SURE, EVERYTHING IS OK, BEFORE THE END, WHEN IT IS AT IT'S BUSIEST.
