No idea on price, but check how many bathrooms are in a 2-bedroom suite. I stayed in a 1-bedroom suite a few years ago, and it only had 1 bathroom. Room had a large wet-bar area, which was just wasted space. The room was in dire need of renovation, which is taking place now.

The DVC 2-bedroom villas at the Grand California have a great layout, with full kitchen and 3 bathrooms. Unfortunately, availability for cash reservations is very limited.

A 1 bedroom villa, cash only in August was going for $1010/night, if available which they are not. Looked up DLH on their websit and it looks like it would be $1056/night, mid week in Oct.
