Just bought direct points Saturday via phone. That night received 2 emails at the same time with two different activation codes. Has this ever happened to anyone else. Wondering if it’s a typical mistake that is email generated.

I’m also waiting on ROFR for a resale, but haven’t heard back on that one yet as it was only submitted May 3rd.

Also haven’t received the fed ex with my member Id. Any experience on how long that takes.
 
Are there two owners listed on the deed? If so, there would be a separate activation code for each.
 
Yes. Thanks makes sense. Do you get new activation codes every time you add a new contract as well. Does it differ when you buy resale.
 
Once you activate your web access, all new contracts will be added to your dashboard.
