Twins birthday at DisneyWorld

We are stopping for one full day (two nights) at a value hotel before heading to Port Canveral for a Disney Cruise the next day. Our twin girls will turn 4 on the full day/night we are spending at the hotel.

Just wondering if Disney does anything special for a kids' birthday? We are not planning to go to any parks that day, probably hanging out around the pool and maybe go to Downtown Disney in the evening. I looked at the Disney webpage for birthdays however just wondering if there are any special suggestions?
