Noooooooo, not at all. I ended up really enjoying it! I'm reading The Dominant now and am so enamored with it. I'll skim the Submissive chapter to remind myself of it from bella's POV and then read the Dominant so I fully understand it from Edward's POV. I'm actually reading the new Dominant update now.

Since we watched Twilight yesterday at my niece's insistence (oh yeah, twist my arm) we were all wondering what will happen with the bite on Bella's arm. In the books, it sounds like small thing but is a permanent scar and I actually thought in New Moon that was part of what set Jacob off for the final transformation of a werewolf after he touched it.

In the movie, it is HUGE and on her arm, obviously human teeth marks (ok, vampire teeth marks). They didn't explain that by her falling through a window at the hotel. And will she still have the white, cold scar?? Or do we think they'll ignore that completely - it is kind of important to Jasper's backstory though.

Hmm, good point. I really hope it isn't left out.

Is anyone on this thread by any chance going to be in Disney January 7th through the 11th? Or better yet, anyone running the half or full marathon?! I'm thinking of making myself some sort of vampire related running shirt, I just don't know what it would say (ideas are welcomed!)

Is it lame that I have butterflies just being on hold with the World??

I MIGHT be in Florida in January. If the Harry Potter park at Universal opens in January I'm taking a solo weekend trip to see it and I might take a day to go to MK and do the Keys to the Kingdom tour. I've been meaning to take a solo Disney trip in FOREVER!

I dont think my kids curse i n PG anymore. and they are under the age of 10. I cant stand it when people say stuff like "oh fudgcicles"

That would be my van. and the kids always have some good music playing. Currently a disk with Katy Perry and the Jonas brothers. that is a wholesome mix.

I have no idea, the site only says 2010, no especific date. But a few months ago the rumored date was January/February 2010

You get over the swearing - sort of - it helps if you skip it in your head like whenever I saw the name Hermione in Harry Potter until I actually heard it in the movie. Dark Edward just uses it so effectively.

My mom ran a daycare from the home when I was growing up, her swear words were things like OH PIDDLE! and I think she used fudgcicles as well!

I had to convince my niece that she is not gangsta at age 12 and should not be singing the lyrics of all the most popular rap songs since they have connatations she doesn't know about! I keep telling her she's from Montana and to just join 4H and be done with it.
