I agree with you that the paparazzi are ridiculous, and yes I know people are getting upset with those who think that Kristen should be a better role model, but she has chosen a job that puts her in the limelight, and in a position where many young and impressionable girls look up to her. Like when she was caught smoking pot... when you become someone who has so much media attention you should know right from wrong. I understand her getting upset with the media, but really what does flipping them off do? Show that you loose your temper? Show disrespect to a country that you are not a resident of? I do think she signed up for it, and if she really loved acting that she would do everything she could to make sure she makes a good impression.

I think the media and a lot of fans have it out for Kristen. I mean, a lot of other celebrities have done things she's done, but because she's the new 'thing' and have the fandom hates her (most out of jealousy IMHO), they want to sell. They always focus on the bad aspects, no one ever talks about how great she is with fans and how I've never heard of a fan encounter where she is rude or anything of the sort. It's getting old and annoying very fast.

I don't care for Kristen. And I assure you, it is NOT because I am jealous (unless we are talking about the make-out scenes with Rob, in that case I am totally jealous. ) I was extremely disappointed at her smoking pot in public. Anyone with common sense knows that is a no-no, celebrity or not.

If any ID thief wanted to really get any good info on someone, I highly doubt they would be trolling the pages of a Twilight thread where we discuss blue bananas

in regards to the paparazzi, if you guys haven't seen it, you have no idea. its ridiculous

a co-workers ex-husband recently defended keanu reeves because he backed up into a paparazzo and was sued. reeves was cleared. the guy shouldn't have been behind his car!

i was walking around bev hills with my mom and the kiddo and there were helicopters overhead. turns out britney spears was in saks - who cares! what the heck were helicopters going to accomplish??

50 men with giant cameras waiting around on robertson to assault someone coming out of a store or surround their car as they try to drive away...so dumb. no wonder some stars move out of state.

although i do have a fun story of coming out of a premiere with friends, our pictures were snapped and we hear a guy say, "ah, its nobody". i think a premiere is different situation since the people involved are there to promote their project. the photographers are behind a rope with permission to take a photo.

as long as people buy gossip mags and frequent gossip sites it will continue.

rant over in regards to the stalkerazzi

in regards to kristen, don't smoke pot on your front patio, no one should be doing that. the paps want a reaction from her and when she flips them off that photo sells well and they'll continue to provoke her and follow her. i think she comes across "too cool for school" but she has been in this business a long time and she is still young.

eww! that article is the only thing i have ever heard about smoke sticks. hopefully they can kick the habit and not have to use anything.

Ice cream always helped me (and it still does )...it is cold so helps numb the pain and it is yummy good.
