(Can you tell that I never missed an episode of the Hardy Boys?) I always thought that I would one day grow up and become Mrs. Parker Stevenson and have babies with beautiful blue eyes. OK, back to reality now......

I don't think of Clay Aiken or Will Smith as teen idols. I'm not sure about Richard Chamberlin either.

I was the Shaun fan and my sister was the Parker fan. I also like Richard Hatch and she liked Dirk Benedict. Wish I could get the old Hardy boys series on DVD.

I haven't seen them on DVD, but you can get some episodes on VHS. I saw them at Virgin Records Store at DTD.

I was so happy at their #4. Johnny is sooooo pretty. All my other teen or pre-teen crushes weren't t.v. stars. Music or movies, yep but not much on television. Of couse, back then, most weren't teens themselves.

I heard about Johnny Depp being a teen idol when he was on 21 Jump Street. Luckily, he's past that now.

I remember when Will Smith was a teen idol during his Fresh Prince days but when was Richard Chamberlain an idol? When he was Dr Kildare?

What about the boys on The Brady Bunch? Or the TV series Fame? What about Michael Landon when he was Little Joe?

Eeeek, you're right about Micheal Landon. I did have a crush on him, but more for Bonanza than Little House. He shoulda made the list too.

And...Johnny Depp was dreamy on 21 Jump Street and he's still dreamy. My hubby even admits he's a pretty man. If you want to see him very young, rent the first Nightmare On Elm Street. It's pre-Jump Street.

When I was a kid, the actually had trading cards of Richard Chamberline as Dr. Kildare in bubble gum. They also had Ben Casey. Both shows were very hot at the time.

No Fonzie? Thats absurd. Fonzie was HUGE in my neighborhood among teenage girls.

My personal favorite was David Cassidy though. Loved his hair. Also loved Vinnie Barbarino, aka John Travolta.
