Tuxedo Rentals...How was your experience?

Hi all,

I am getting married in Dec. and currently looking into tux rentals. I called and have looked into Carolyn Allen's and they look very good and they deliver and pick up at the resorts.

Can you tell me your experience with tux rentals and if you have any tips that would be great as well.

we used carolyn allens for my husband, our dads & ushers tux rentals in march. the tuxes were very nice & it was so convinient they did the fitting in our room at disney, dropped off the tuxes at the resort & picked them up the next day. we were very pleased with carolyn allens, i also used her for my wedding dress, our moms & my mohs dress steaming the day of too.

We are going to be using After Hours because we have several groomsmen that don't live near to us and they are everywhere. We e-mailed them and got a very prompt response. We have to make sure all their measurements are sent to them (I believe it's the Winter Park location - but I have that info in the e-mail) and they will deliver to the hotel and pick up after the wedding. Plus, when I bought my gown at David's Bridal I signed up for the promotion with After Hours where my DF gets his tux for free and all the groomsmen get $20 off each of their tuxes. Works for us and we don't have to worry about anyone having to drive out and pick them up or drop them off.

Thanks Cast!! Exit 15 off of I-78, right? There's a Cracker Barrel there. I love that place. I'm about 45mins east of that... Exit 168 off the GSP. Why is it we are the only state that tells where they live by exits on a highway... lol... Goofy NJ people.

Actually exit 18 is closer...but yes, 15 is the Cracker Barrel...love it! We were just there over the weekend...don't know what I like more, the store or the breakfast!!! You sound close to my sis...Dumont...I went to Bergen CC. Originally from exit 17 off the Turnpike!!! lol

Dumont is about 5 miles away from me... I'm in Hillsdale... how funny is that?! What a small world after all.... (la la la la) Sorry, we just got back from Disney....

I love Cracker Barrel's food but their store rocks!!! I don't which I like better... especially at Christmas with all the Christmas decorations and ornaments... so much fun... so little money to spend on it....

Just bought a santa door knob hanger there to decorate my room for my Dec wedding!!! Love it!!!

We used Carollyn Allens and they were fabulous. They did a fit a few days before in our room and delivered to Bell services the morning of the wedding.
It was bell services we had the problem with. They lost the 3 suits and only found them 45 minutes before the wedding started!!!
