Tux Rental question and help???

I'm looking for a suit for my groom that is a khaki color linen type. If anyone remembers JJCLEMSON's hubbys suit. That is what I'm looking for..

Anyone know of any other tux rental places besides TUX by menswarehouse?

Anyone know if you can even rental a suit like that?

oh thank you thank you thank you... on their website that is for sure what we are looking for. We are gonna go to a shop here in tampa to see if that is what will look good.

Then when we go to nj in 2 weeks the other guys will be measured. Then i will order from carolyn allen's... That is the easiest since they come to the resort.


Can anyone tell me the average cost of a tux rental???

Yay! I'm glad they had the right one!

CA has higher prices than most places (but when you factor in all the delivery and pickup, I guess that makes sense). DH's cheap-o budget tux rental was about $125, as opposed to the $80 it would have cost in L.A. But it was worth the convenience!

We were quoted by CA $115 for the tuxes which included everything. They even deliver, and pick up when your done. They will even come to the hotel and fit the guys the day before the wedding. I have been working with them and they really are the best!!!

One thing to note: their warehouse is closed on the weekends and they only keep certain styles at their shop. This means that if you have a fitting over the weekend for, say, a Monday-morning wedding and the pieces are the wrong size, they may not be able exchange them for the right size unless it's a popular-enough style that they keep it in stock.

thanks for the info... yeah i would rather pay a few extra $$ not to worry about taking it back. Good info.. We are gonna go look at the tux today here then i'm gonna call CA to order.
