Tux or Suit Rentals

I'm thinking it might be useful to just send my husband's measurements to a tux/suit rental place in Florida and have them deliver it to our hotel. I'm not even sure if that's 100% possible.

Has anyone done that? Who would you recommend using?

My groomsmen got measured in NJ, NY and Virginia at Men's Warehouse and the tuxedos were picked up (we had a van) at the Kissimmee location, less than a half an hour away. You'd have to call them and see if they deliver. Of course, there is the very small risk that something is wrong with the suit so sometimes getting it from the store is better.

There are two options for doing this at WDW:

• Men's Wearhouse in Winter Park delivers and picks up from WDW resorts for free. You can have your husband and his groomsmen get measured at any Men's Wearhouse, gather those measurements, and submit them to the Winter Park branch of Men's Wearhouse. ONLY the Winter Park branch does this; if the guys try to ask questions about it at their local MW, the people there will have no idea what they're talking about.
  
  
• Carolyn Allen Bridal & Tuxedo also delivers and picks up tuxes at the WDW resorts for free. They are part of the Jim's Formalwear network, so you can see tux options on the site. The guys can be measured at any tuxedo shop or by a tailor and then you can pass their measurements to Carolyn Allen's

Both companies will bring the suits/tuxes to the guys to try on a few days before the ceremony. Hems and cuffs can be adjusted at that time, and if they have stock on hand, replacement pieces can be swapped in.

I really wish I knew about this. Obviously the place where I checked it out didn't give me this information. It would have saved me a couple hours in the driving everyone there and bringing it back that I could have spent enjoying more of the wedding experience.

We did this, and had Carolyn Allen's deliver. Aside from wishing I'd insisted (and doubled checked) that hubby get an extra shirt for our in-park shoots (there's a very long story here that I'll tell if I ever get back to my PJ) we had a really great experience with them. I picked non-traditional suits for the guys and Carolyn's were great about having extra pieces to fit hubby and his brother in the room.
