Hello,

We have eaten at Tutto Italia on multiple trips to WDW and really enjoyed it.
I am vegetarian but the rest of my family is not. There has always been at least one vegetarian entree option on the menu on previous trips.

Looking at the current menu on the WDW Dining site there doesn't seem to be any entree listed that is vegetarian...a few items in the appetizers section but that is it:
https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/dining/epcot/tutto-italia-ristorante/menus/

Has anyone been recently and know what they offer for a vegetarian as a main course?

Odd seeing as this is what the description on the WDW page for the restaurant says:

With attentive table service, plenty of vegetarian options, a wide-ranging wine list and a full children’s menu, Tutto Italia Ristorante will satisfy Guests of all tastes and interests.

Thanks for any recent updates/information!

There is a vegetable risotto on the menu. Other dishes you can request to have meat left out.

The risotto listed on the menu has Shrimp in it.
I assume it can be ordered without though.

Vegetable stock would have to be the stock used to make the risotto though versus meat/chicken/fish stock.

Thanks,

I notice there are two vegetarian entrees on the lunch menu: the non-chicken Caesar salad (although the Parmesan is most likely made with animal-based rennet) and the Caprese panini. Still not what I'd call "plenty," though.

You may want to consider via Napoli instead. Still have pasta options, but loads of vegetarian options when you factor in the pizza options.

Yes I am considering that as an option but feel Tutto is a quieter setting and better value for our DDP TS credit.

I will flip a coin Monday when I have to book.

Thanks,
Chokky
