Call me crazy, but I pick my ADRs and then inevitably, one will cause me to rethink my logic about picking it in the first place. I am worried about Tutto Italia, I am just nervous about the quality of the food. Also would the little ones like it, I mean is it on the gourmet end of the spectrum or like Olive Garden??? I have heard some conflicting reviews, so can I get some feedback on what people think about it....did you love it or hate it???? I need to know because I don't want to wait too long to change in case I can't get a good replacement ADR. We are going for dinner on June 29th, me DH, DD (8) and DS (4).:grouphug: Thanks to all in advance!!!!!:hippie:

Hey Neighbor,
The problem I have with Disney restuarants as a whole is that there is a lack of consistency. One trip at Le Cellier can be great, go back in 6 months and your food can be crappy. So I'm not sure I would cancel an adr based on reviews here. I'm a big sci fi diner fan and that is one restuarants that gets maligned on a regular basis.

That said, we had a great meal at tutto Italia. food was delicious, server was warm but not hoovering. Not any thing at all like olive garden but it is very expensive.

On Our last years trip I had ADRs for Tony's Town Square
and worried about the negitive review--thought seriously
about cancelling but went ahead and ate there.
So glad that we didn't Cancel because we had the best
TS Meal of our whole trip!!!!:thumbsup2
If I were you I would try it at least once and see
if you like it. You never know it may be your best TS Meal
of your whole trip.:confused3

I like the attitude of both of the responders....I think you are right, I will keep the ADR and see for myself! But...you say it is not like Olive Garden, is it better or just perhaps a little more upscale?

Much better. Far better quality and much less typical. We love Tutto and have dined there 4 times since it opened.

We don't have little ones anymore but a little boy at the table next to us had a pizza that looked so good my husband said he would order it. My DH is not a pizza lover so that's saying something.

Thanks! I must admit, sometimes food on the kids menu looks so good I wish they would put it on the adult's menu!!!!

My dh had the lasgna and raved about it. He even asked the server about the dish. We were told that the noodles were hand made and the sauce was a more traditional italian variety (as in naples Italy). I had the roasted chicken which was fabulous. chicken was hot (thats a biggie to me, because so many times I get food that is lukewarm) but not dried out and had red peppers that gave it a nice kick to the flavor. My kids had the spaghetti and loved it.

I've had both the chicken and lasagna and agree with you. The noodles are thin and not ruffled as is typical around here. It is so light in texture yet rich in taste. DS2 has ordered it every time we've dined there.

The chicken has a nice subtle kick.

we have adr there also in August
sounds yummy to me:woohoo:
i hope it is not like Olive Garden !:lmao: I can get that at home

Keep you ADRs - just back from a week at the Boardwalk, and we ate at Tutto twice. Fantastic place, a real find.

Any one have any info on this:confused3 ....I hope it won't be closed now since I have a renewed excitement to go there!!!!!

Last year I did uberplanning for our 10 year anniversary..Mama Melrose was getting fantastic reviews and DH and I always wanted to eat there so I was thrilled to book it. THe food was so bland that Olive Garden was gourmet compared to it.

We are going to Tutto Italia in 3 weeks...I cannot wait.

When alfredoes did not renew their contract, disney put in Tutto as a quick substitute. I don't think they were planning to keep it. Originally I think folks where a little put off by the prices. There was a lot of flames on these boards about the $12.00 canoli :rotfl2: but I've heard that it is doing really well so maybe disney will decide to keep it.
