We had dinner at last week. It was the best dinner I have ever had at Disney World (I've been 12 times over the last 20 years) The lasagna was incredible! We all had the mussels for appetizer - wow - they melted in your mouth. Great food, great service.

My husband had the Fennel Roasted Loin of Pork - excellent. My daughter had something that looked like ravioli but it was called something else. Also, very good. For desert we tried - Mocha Tiramisu and Cannoli - all yummy!

I am really looking forward to dining at Tutto. I think it's sad that this restaurant is closing soon. It is obviously one of the best dining experiences currently at Epcot. I have only read good things about Tutto.

I don't think they are closing. It just opened a few months ago. Tutto is the new restaurant that replaced Alfredos which closed a few months back.

We were just there last month in November
Just our Disney Dining
We all loved and we even had 2 couples tell us how well behaved our
boys were that night, made me feel really good
They were too busy enjoying the great food.
And my DS 7 was embarassed when he asked for a sprinkle of cheese
and a very cute Italian girl said sure "For a kiss"

We ate there in Nov and thought the food and service were outstanding! One of our favorites and we can't wait to eat there again!

As for when it will close, I'm not sure of the exact date. Yes when Alfredo's closed Tutto Italia refurbished the restaurant alittle. It will close again and reopen after being completely refurbished. According to allearsnet there will be a quick service restaurant built across the courtyard and when that is complete Tutto Italia will close for an extensive rehab and reopen with a new name, look, and menu! It says it is suppose to be complete sometime in 2008.

From what I hear now that China's restaurant is open again, Disney's focusing on Mexico's tequila bar and that Kim Possible game. As for Italy, I hear there's lots of discussions and brainstorming, but not much final decisions - the way it always works there. But, considering the weakening economy, can't really blame them for being non-commital.

We ate at Tutto in March. Absolutely, loved it! We are dining there again in December. I'm surprised....but glad it will still be open.
