I see there is a separate lunch and dinner menu, but I cant seem to find what time the dinner menu starts...does anyone know? Thanks!

Look on the dining reservation page for Tutto Italia for the day you are interested in. I did a random search for a few different days and it showed 4:30 as the start of dinner.

Most TS restaurants serve lunch until 4 pm. DH & I generally do late-late TS lunches in the parks; I think the latest we dined was 3:55 pm.
