Sorry, no. The Grand Antipasto Misto is an appetizer and they will not allow guests to select appetizers as their entree. Third party restaurants (like Tutto) are reimbursed by Disney based on what guests select in each DDP category (entree, dessert, drink). Because an appetizer is not an entree, they (Tutto) would not be reimbursed by Disney for it if you use the DDP. Also, it says it's an appetizer for two, meaning that if you had the DxDP (which includes an appetizer), it would require two people on the DxDP to order it.
