Tutto Italia or Via Napoli?

We're an Italian American family from New Jersey, so we're pretty picky about our Italian food (hence our refusal to eat at Tony's Town Square ever again - yucky!).

I love the Italian pavillion at Epcot and am planning on having dinner there on our next trip, but need some input on which table service restaurant to choose. We've never dined at Tutto Italia. We visited Via Napoli about 6 years ago, and I remember my dessert being awesome (Coppa Brutti ma Buoni) but can't remember how the entree went. I know that Via Napoli is primarily a pizzeria.

Would love to hear any and all opinions! :cutie:

If you are picky about your Italian (like we are), I don't think either Tutto or Via would come close to meeting your Italian food expectations. That being said, I get being in EPCOT and liking the Italy Pavillion, etc. so I'd choose Via Napoli and stick with the pizza and the dessert you liked (and maybe an appetizer or salad).

IMO....Via Napoli is great for Pizza, but for a more "Formal" (or as formal as can be at Disney) and many more choices, I would go with Tutto....Both are good but I put Tutto on top. I have been to Il Mulino as well and its good, but I still prefer Tutto.....especially for the atmosphere.

We loved Via Napoli, my finiky kids loved their pizzas as well, everyone ate well there & we are Italian New Yorkers who know their pizza! I have never eaten at Tutto, the menu looks nice, but I feel the trip advisor & other reviews of Tutto are mixed & not as favorable as Via Napoli.

yes while the pizza is the main event there my pasta dish was amazing (it was a red sauce with seafood) DH got the chicken parm. which he said was so-so - he had some pizza and liked the pizza better, but when we go again this summer I am ordering that pasta dish again!

The thing about Disney restaurants is you can have a fantastic meal one day, eat there the next and have a terrible meal. If you've done via before go to tutto. If it has been 6 years since you have eaten at via napoli there is no guarantee that the dessert or anything you remember is the same anyway.
