I was able to book a 4:30 pm on July 14 at 170 days. That was the only time avaliable. I have been trying ever since to change it to a later time with no success. All I see is 4:30 and 9:15 which is a little later than I want. Is this restaurant that popular?

Most of the EP restaurants are popular. Keep checking, especially 30 days before your trip (I think that's the cut off for canceling packages). If you don't get the time you want, keep checking on your trip. People change plans all the time.

Its no big deal. I just found it peculiar that on that day only 4:30 and 9:15 pm have been avaliable.

Set up an alert using a reservation finder such as Touringplans or ***********. I can almost guarantee you will be able to switch into a better time between now and July.

Wow, that's one of our favorites and has seemed easy to get lately. I would keep looking to modifying it to what you want. And ps, you will love it! We loved it years ago and then it seemed to decline in quality (mass prepared, bland) so we started going to Via Napoli. I'm so glad we gave it a try again last year as it's now one of our favorites again--and we've hit it at least 4 times in the past year.

I’m actually quite shocked it’s not available. This is always my favorite “last minute” picks and I’ve never had trouble getting reservations there. Via Napoli is usually the one with limited availability.

How many people are you trying to book for? We are a party of 2. No matter when I book, even at 180 days, the times are extremely limited. If I search for a party of 3 or 4, almost every time slot becomes available. For example, a party of 2 at lunch might give times of 11:30 & 2:20. Nothing in between. Change to a party of 4 & I get multiple options at 15 minute increments thru the whole lunch period. So for the last 3 years or so, I make my ADR for 4 & just tell them it will just be 2 of us when we get there. I don’t feel bad doing this because their system is ridiculous. When we get there, half the restaurant is empty but they always showed nothing available for 2. So maybe try to search for a larger party & see what happens.

Yep, just went & checked your date OP. Put in for a party of 2 @ 7 pm & get nothing. Change to a party of 4 & have options at 5:30, 6:30, 6:45, 7:00 etc etc. Ridiculous. Try it & see for yourself.

Wow, just wow. I just changed it to a party of 4 and good to go at 6:45. Looks like some one will be ill that night.

I just went back in and reduced the party size to 2 and imagine that, it was available at 6:45

It has been full each time that we ate there.
Agree using touringplan reservation finder. It has helped us many times.
Or mouse dining also has worked, but not as well.
You may have more luck the week before, and especially the day before when people canc ancel and not get charged a noshow fee.
