This was also my DH's favorite stop of our trip in September. We each had a flight (can't remember what we had), and also stood at the bar. The bartender took so much time with us explaining all of the different regions and telling us about the grapes where he comes from. We were also given some small samples of other wines. The bill was pretty high, but it was indeed a highlight of our trip. DH wants to go back to Disney just for this place.
