I am trying to decide what day we should go to Animal Kingdom. If we go to AK on Sunday we can get in early to the park and have breakfast before it opens at 9am. If we go to AK on Monday then we won't be able to eat breakfast at the Tusker House, but would be able to hit the early EMH's.

What do you think? Breakfast at Tuskers or early EMH's?

Here is what I have so far:

Friday - Epcot
Garden Grill 5:15pm

Saturday - DHS w/EMH
50's primetime 5:30pm

Sunday - AK or MK???
Tusker House 8:20am
Crystal Palace 8:10am

Monday - AK or MK?
Ohana 7pm

Tuesday - MK w/EMH
Chef Mickey's 6:50pm

Also, this is our first visit and we have 3 boys ages 3, 5 and 9.

It looks like you are torn between TH or CP on that Sunday. Personally, we like Donald's Safari Breakfast better than Crystal Palace. However, are your boys fans of the Pooh characters? If they are, I would go with Crystal Palace since you are already seeing all of the Fab. 5 at Chef Mickey's. The only character you would see at TH that you wont see at Chef Mickey's is Daisy. If you walk around Camp Minnie Mickey in AK, you will still be able to find the same characters at TH in their safari outfits (including Daisy). :thumbsup2

AK really doesn't need EMH to accomplish it. The park is smaller. So it's a matter of would you rather TH or CP for breakfast. I'd also look at a midmorning breakfast at like 10:20 and see if there are openings then. TH is perfect for that. It gives you a few rides, grab a FP for safari, eat breakfast, and then go on safari. It's our favorite park for the late breakfast seating.

This! :thumbsup2
This is exactly what I have planned. We are planning on a quick snacky breakfast on the way to the park, hit up everything we can between opening at 8 and "brunch" at 10:25. If all goes according to plan, we will hit Kali River on the way out of the park!

We went to AK for early EMH, rode Safari, grabbed fastpasses for Everest. Then we had brunch at Tusker House around 9:30 or 10. Bonus is we did not need lunch! We went back to our resort and got ready for our dinner at Ohana :)

BUT I would also look at crowd levels...I am guessing that MK will be more crowded on the weekends, so I may do it Monday

Nevermind, you already have two Mickey meals...I would keep Crystal Palace and drop Tusker.

Us too. We always eat there at the last seating 10:20. We are hungry by then, the food is still being replinished and is fresh, and we usually get extra time with the characters because the place is starting to clear out. Then we have yummy snacks until dinner. Works out perfect!

We are doing Tusker in October. I've never been there before, so excited to check it out. I hear it's a really good character meal too, with safari Donald, etc.

I'd go with Tusker House. We like CP, too, but we like the food at TH more.
