I can't remember exactly what was in it, but it was yummy and not too heavy for a hot summer day. I know it had roasted peppers and possibly zucchini or eggplant. ENjoy!

I had it a few months ago and it has changed. I wasn't a big fan of it anymore...did not like the dressing...too vinegar-y for my taste.
