Tusker House switch over

Hello!

I have a 9:10 reservation at Tusker House for three. My sister and her crew made noise about wanting to join us - but they prefer the lunch menu. There is now a reservation up for grabs at 10:40 for our new party of 9. If we take this reservation, can we do both the breakfast and lunch food as is put in place? How does that work and is it a smooth transition? Thank you, in advance, for your response.

P.S. - I apologize if this subject has already been covered a zillion times!

They switch over the buffet at 11:00. You can eat whatever is out, so yes, you should get both meals.

I have been at TH for a 10:30 ADR, and the switchover was barely noticeable. The first time we hit the buffet it was all breakfast food and the next time it was 1/2 breakfast and 1/2 lunch. Hope this helps.

They switch over the buffet at 11:00. You can eat whatever is out, so yes, you should get both meals.

1) Correct.
2) But, at 11:00am,
. . . breakfast items get moved to the "dessert island" of the buffet
. . . obviously, taking a BIG buffet to a SMALL island reduces the quantity
. . . and, since items are not replenished, many items are not available
3) Also, at that time, you may wait to be seated, even if you check-in 15-minutes early.
4) If delayed at the podium, you could miss a big part of (or most of) the breakfast items.

This is what we found. We had a 1030 reservation but by the time we actually got seated it must have been at least 1050. When we went up to the buffet there was very little breakfast selection left with just new lunch items coming out.
