On my DAK day I really want to go to Tusker House for breakfast. We would be paying for this OOP. So I was just wondering, if DAK has EMH in the AM, what would be the perfect breakfast time, where we could still enjoy emh and get our breakfast in?? Thanks!

I've actually done this before and waited until around 10 to eat breakfast. You can get so much done at AK during EMH that I wouldn't want to use that time eating breakfast.

Agreed, try to book the latest possible seating for bfast. That way you can enjoy the full EMH's plus the first hour or so of official park opening with shorter lines. Grab a FP for what you didn't get to prior to going to bfast and by the time you've finished your bfast, your FP window will most likely be available. ENJOY!

If you book a 10:30, it is possible you could enjoy both the breakfast and lunch fare. That will also give you 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 hours depending on which early open you are there for. I know sometimes they open as early as 7:30 on EMH days. You could definitely get the Safari, Expedition, Kali River (wear a parka and flip flops), and Dinosaur done to say the very least. I would imagine you could get pretty much every ride done and then do Nemo & Lion King after brunch.
