Tusker House PPO breakfast timing

How early can we enter AK with an 8:45am breakfast reservation? Park opens at 9am. Planning to get FP+ for FOP then do Navi River standby. Not sure if this will work and also help avoid crazy long wait. Date Feb 1 2018, low crowd level predicted.
