Tusker House or Crystal Palace

I have reservations for Tusker House for dinner on a EMH evening in December, but now I'm considering spending the evening in MK instead. I decided to look around to see what might be available for dinner in MK and Crystal Palace actually had an opening so I grabbed it. Now I have to make final decision and cancel one of them.

Which would you choose for an evening meal in December?

to CP for dinner in a couple of years. I understand they have downgraded the beef served there which is disappointing, but they still appear to have some of the other things I liked - the pork adobo, rotisserie chicken and salmon. There was always a wide variety of salads and vegetables also. I would recommend CP dinner to people. If you're going to be in the MK you might as well plan for a restaurant there.

I can't do a compare and contrast since I have only had breakfast at Tusker House.

We've had dinner at both. After eating at Tusker House last year, both of my boys said that it would now replace Crystal Palace on our "must do" list. They even announced to our waitress that they had beat Winnie the Pooh. She laughed and said that she didn't know they were competing!

But, both are very good. I don't think you could go wrong with either.

We've done both and out of all the buffet meals we've eaten at (almost every one on property) our family ranks Tusker House on TOP and Crystal Palace on the BOTTOM!

Our experience at CP was less than stellar. Service was poor, food was just okay, and character interaction was eh.

I have eaten @ Tusker House for lunch. It was pretty good. I much prefer the Crystal Palace. I like the variety and salads much better. There are way more choices.

Food was ok at CP. Havent tried TH. If you havent done CP and have little ones its nice. Plus if you eat early enough, you can then snag a good spot for the Castle lighting. Thats what we did!
