Would a picky eater (teenage daughter) for some things to eat at Tusker House? I looked at the menu and am not sure if she'd find something or not.:confused3

I suppose it depends on what you mean by "picky". There's fresh fruit, and fresh bread, and cheese... that worked for our picky eaters.

I have 3 somewhat picky (1 is VERY picky) eaters and they all found plenty to eat at Tusker House!! Corn dog nuggets and roast chicken were big hits. Don't worry, I would think she'd be fine eating there!

I am a very picky eater and I found tons of stuff that I really enjoyed at Tusker House. They have lots of different salads, sides (and I don't really like veggies), carved meats (some of the best I've tasted), and seafood (which I cannot eat). There are also kid type foods with chicken nuggets, mac and cheese, etc. that most people enjoy. There are lots of desserts - don't miss the chocolate chip cookies - they're delicious.

Tusker House was one of our favorite meals (breakfast and lunch) on our last trip. We were on the deluxe dining plan and ate at 18 different restaurants and it was in our top 3. We will definitely be eating here again.

Have a great trip.

There's also an entire PBJ section :)

My kids are finicky but Tusker looks like there'll be plenty. Can't wait til we try it in Sept! I'm looking forward to this meal :goodvibes

Also since it's a buffet once they do find something they like they can get as much of it as they want. Which will help take the edge off the next meal.

3 Words - Corn Dog Nuggets!!! :goodvibes

Yes, there are lots of "kids" options at Tusker House like mac & cheese. She can also just make a regular salad and there are some meats and rice there that aren't too fancy.

And the many of the desserts are pretty basic as well - brownies and bread pudding.

My picky nephew loved this place. He got to make his own PB&J sandwich, and eat donuts for dessert. My picky daughter got corndog nuggets and brownies. This was a last minute adr for us (dd1 was terrified of characters when we did GG and CP, so I canceled CM and booked TH). It was one of the best meals of the week.

I think all the buffets, including Tusker House, have plenty of options for picky eaters.
