I've been able to make ADR for our trip 5/31-6/7 for our party of 5 (DH, myself, DS7, DS5, and DD1....with the exception of Tusker House breakfast. I have a 9:25 for 4, but I couldn't get a reservation for 5. When we ate there last year, we sat at a table for 4, with DD in a highchair on the end. We will need the same setup this year.

Do I: show up and just say that I thought I only needed to make reservations for the # of people on the dining plan?

...call the Dining # to see if they can modify my reservation?

....or just keep trying to make a reservation for 5?

TIA!

I think you're fine with an adr for 4 b/c the 5th is a 1yo, but not sure.

I you need 5, have you tried separate reservatins for a 3 and a 2 with the hope of then combining them.

On our last visit there, there is no way a high chair would have been able to be squeezed in at the end of our table.

I'd keep trying to change it. If you can't, I'd show up and take your chances but remember that there's a possibility they won't be able to accommodate. The reason everyone has to be listed on the ADR has to do with occupancy limits in the restaurant, in addition to table size. Even a one week old baby has to be counted due to the fire codes/occupancy maximums.

Good luck.

You need to keep trying to change your ADR to 5 people. If you show up with an extra person, there is no guarantee of them being seated.

I don't understand why you would purposely put yourself in that kind of situation. How heartbroken will your family be if you all go, and then find out you cannot be accomodated, as you have too many people?
