Is this restaurant only open from 4pm-5pm for dinner?

Yes, except for EMH p.m. hours. We ate there at 7:50 p.m. last year. The park closed at 8. What was really surprising was that I had a hard time booking this-everytime I called they said there were on ADRs availabe. I finally got a CM who knew to check the EMH calendar and we have our choice of times. Apparently we weren't the only ones having a hard time getting ADRs. There were only about 4-5 groups in the entire place when we arrived. That's probably part of the reason we didn't care for it. Most of the food was just okay-they didn't replenish it and some of it wasn't hot. But, leaving after the park closed was great! We had the park to ourselves as we exited and we were able to take our time-no one rushed us.

Now with online booking, I would assume the EMH calendars (and special events such as MNSSHP) are loaded.

Lunch ends at 3:30 but ifyou have a time say between 3 and 3:30 obviously you wouldn't be finished by 4 when dinner officially starts. If I was paying OOP I would do a late lunch, if you're using DDP, then it doesn't matter.
