Tusker House Characters

I've done some looking but I can't seem to find anything definite so I thought I'd ask here. Is Tusker House always a character meal or is it just breakfast?

It's all the meals. I just heard a great tip on the Dis Unplugged podcast that you should go around 2:30ish for the end of lunch because it clears our before dinner and you can get better character interaction. Tusker House breakfast is one of my favorites thought!

I have done this and they were great. The characters sat down with us, pretended to east and lounge around.

we had a spectacular lunch there with the whole family, including two toddlers..

when we were there in august, we had mickey, goofy, daisy, donald......all of them in safari wear....
