This is our 1st time ar Disney We are staying at the poly and we are usually up at 6. We have the option of 8:15 or 9:20. Typically 8:15 would be perfect but I know AK isn't close to poly and we can't take the monorail. I have the option of bus or cab but still not sure how long either of those would take. I like to eat early and them have more time in the park after, but don't want to feel too rushed. Any thoughts?
