Tusker House and Nemo dining package!

I am going to WDW in September and was wondering since it is supposed to be a slower month (for the parks at least, not the restaurants) if I would need to get the Tusker House/Nemo dining package? I would rather eat at TH in the morning for the characters, however I really want to get into Nemo as well.
I am going to be in AK on a PM EMH - so I'm pretty sure the park will be busy.

Does anyone know if the Nemo show plays during the PM EMH? Or will I have to go during regular park hours?
