Has any on stayed here recently .

My family & I stayed at Tuscan Ridge a 12 months ago & really enjoyed it. Without doubt there are developments closer to the parks, but that has never bothered us.
Just opposite the entrance is a Dominino', Chinese & a Beef O'Brady's & just up the road at Champions Gate a Chilis, Publix & Subway.
A couple of minute south is the new Posner Park retail development which had a Dicks Sporting goods (my fave sports shop), Super Target & I believe a cinema will be there soon.
To get to Disney we used the back road past AK & it took about 15-20 mins to get to most parks.
Some of the houses looked better maintained than others, but that is down to the house you pick.
Also just remembered that there is a tennis court which me & my boys really enjoyed.

In the past It has never bothered us staying so far out from Disney either.
Looking into different options for next year .
Would'nt mind peoples input into saying closer to Disney as well

We've stayed here twice, and most recently this Feb, we don't mind the area and the distance to the parks, but the development seem's to have become quite residential, and some of the villas need a bit of TLC, But I suppose you could say this for other developments?
